<p>The present invention provides a heat radiation sheet which includes (i) a first layer which includes a thermal conductive particle and a layer forming material, (ii) a second layer which contains a mixture of two or more kinds of thermal conductive materials and the layer forming material, and (iii) a base material which is located between the first layer and the second layer. The heat radiation sheet according to the present invention contains the thermal conductive particle. Particularly, the heat radiation sheet improves heat diffusion and heat radiation performance to the outside by increasing a surface area by containing the mixture of two or more kinds of thermal conductive particles in the second layer.</p> |
