PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system capable of providing feedback to an actual wind power generation/storage battery system while establishing a control method capable of maximizing a life of a storage battery based on SOC capable of maximizing the life of the storage battery under a condition such as a temperature or wind in a power generation site, or a condition where other operational conditions are currently notified.SOLUTION: A control system includes: a wind power generation/storage battery system; a storage battery operation/storage battery deterioration data collecting part that collects data of the wind power generation/storage battery system; a storage battery operation-deterioration relationship evaluation part that evaluates a relationship between operation and the deterioration of the storage battery based on collected data; a storage battery operation planning part that plans an operation method for the storage battery to meet a necessary life requirement by using information obtained by the storage battery operation-deterioration relationship evaluation part; and a storage battery operation instruction part that instructs the wind power generation/storage battery system about the operation of the storage battery in accordance with the storage battery operation planning part. |
