<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive planographic printing plate precursor which suppresses generation of tiny residual films due to natural aging, and to provide a method of manufacturing the planographic printing plate precursor. <P>SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate precursor has a photosensitive layer on a support medium having a hydrophilic surface. The photosensitive layer contains an ionic polymerization initiator (constituent f), a pigment (constituent a), a pigment dispersant including a heterocycle (constituent b), and a pigment dispersant including a polar group (constituent c), and preferably further contains a binder polymer (constituent d), a sensitizing dye (constituent e), and a radical polymerizable compound (constituent g). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
