<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate and various input operations without displaying operation buttons on a screen in an input device using a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The input device comprises: position detection means 321 which detects a contact position of a user on a touch panel surface; button generation means 322 which generates virtual buttons used for input operations of the user to arrange them on the touch panel surface; and feedback control means 323 which allows the user to sense the contact with the virtual buttons on the touch panel surface.
