<p>Disclosed is a production method for a monofilament fiber having a tippet, a taper, and a butt, that involves a process for discharging a vinylidene fluoride resin from a spinning nozzle while switching between a first discharge speed (V1) and a second discharge speed (V2), which is 1.05 to 10 times the first discharge speed (V1), cooling the discharged vinylidene fluoride resin through a refrigerant, and taking up the cooled vinylidene fluoride resin while switching between a first take-up speed (S1) and a second take-up speed (S2), which is 2/3 to 1/10 of said first take-up speed (S1), and that is characterized by controlling the timing of the abovementioned switches.</p> |
