PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take linkage of a plurality of frequency bands into consideration and to efficiently manage a wireless link state of the frequency bands, in a communication system including a base station device which performs communication using the plurality of frequency bands and a mobile station device wirelessly connected to the base station device. SOLUTION: The base station device sets, to the mobile station device, downlink state determination information for managing the wireless link state of the frequency band of at least one downlink in order to detect a wireless link problem indicating quality degradation of the frequency band and random access information for managing the wireless link state of the frequency band of at least one uplink. The mobile station device detects the wireless link problem of the frequency band on the basis of the information set by the base station device, and simultaneously changes the wireless link states of the frequency band in which the wireless link problem is detected and another frequency band linked with the frequency band in which the wireless link problem is detected.
