PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric inspection device capable of highly accurate inspection on electrical characteristics of a wiring board without depending on an inspection position of the wiring board, and to provide a manufacturing method for a wiring board performing highly accurate inspection on electrical characteristics of a wiring board with the electric inspection device. SOLUTION: Electric inspection on an inspection region of a wiring board is performed in a manner that the wiring board is disposed between a first electric inspection tool and a second electric inspection tool of an electric inspection device, a plurality of first probes of the first electric inspection tool are brought into contact with a metal terminal of an inspection region of the wiring board while air pressure is loaded with an air blow to a non-inspection region of the wiring board through an air pipe of the first electric inspection tool on a first measurement surface of the first electric inspection tool, and a plurality of second probes of the second electric inspection tool are brought into contact with the wiring board on a second measurement surface of the second electric inspection tool.
