<p>Anti-collision system for a machine (1) for machining workpieces of wood or similar materials, said machine (1) including a tool (2) and a machine part (9, 10, 11) positioned near said tool (2), the tool (2) and the machine part (9, 10, 11) being movable one relatively the other. In order to make this anti-collision safer, there are provided electric conducting elements (12) projecting at least partially from said machine part (9, 10, 11), an electric voltage generator (13) for feeding a potential difference between the electric conducting elements (12) and said tool (2) and a control system (15) configured in such a way as to detect, substantially at a distance between the tool (2) and the electric conducting elements (12), a current passage between the electric conducting elements (12) and the tool (2), and to emit a corresponding anti-collision control signal (14) as said current passage is detected.</p> |
