摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an espresso coffee drink including honey water. More specifically, the present invention is to allow to drink honey water and an espresso coffee drink filled in a container while regulating the sweetness according to the preference of a drinker by filling the honey water and the espresso coffee drink in the container to form layers. The present invention is completed by an input process of inputting 10-20 ml of honey and 60-95 ml of water in a container (100) (S100); a mixing process of mixing the honey and the water contained in the container (100) in the input process (S100) (S200); a cooling process of inputting 87-175 ml of ice within the container (100) having the honey water (110), in which honey and water are mixed through the mixing process (S200), accommodated at the lower part to cool the honey water (110) at 10°C or under (S300); an extraction process of extracting 45-55 ml of a coffee extract of an espresso coffee drink (120) positioned at the upper part of the honey water (110) cooled at 10°C or under through the cooling process (S300) until the coffee solid content becomes 0.8-0.9% (S400); an extract dilution process of inputting 47-57 ml of ice to the coffee extract extracted at the extraction process (S400) to dilute (S500); and a filling process of filling the espresso coffee drink (120) diluted with 47-57 ml of ice at the extract dilution process (S500) so as to be accommodated at the upper part of the container (100) having the honey water (110) accommodated at the lower part thereof (S600).</p>
