<p>The present invention relates to a steel beam having an exposed upper flange for a parking building, which can form a floor height suitable to the use of space while efficiently supporting the load by changing a section type of beam according to distribution of the load acting on the beam. The steel beam includes end steel beams positioned in end sections used as a parking space, and a central steel beam positioned in a center section used as a traveling space, and having a length smaller than that of the end steel beam. The end steel beam includes an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web. The central steel beam includes a lower flange and a web. On the webs of the end steel beam and the central steel beam, support plates for seating the bottom surface of a slab are formed at a height to match the heights of an upper surface of the slab and an upper surface of the upper flange of the end steel beam.</p> |
