<p>A method of estimating OFDM frequency offset based on partial periodogram according to the present invention includes the steps of (a) performing envelope equalized processing (EEP) with respect to an OFDM received signal, (b) estimating an initial offset for the received signal subject to the EEP, and (c) repeatedly estimating a precision offset by using the initial offset and the partial periodogram. The method may further include a step of (d) repeatedly estimating a residual frequency offset in order to estimate offsets that may be generated after the precision offset has been estimated. Accordingly, frequency offset can be estimated with a low amount of computation and reliability.
