<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibration piece which is mounted with a high mounting strength while preventing deterioration in vibration characteristics even if the outer shape is formed using etching processing. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the crystal vibration piece 4 including a crystal vibration plate 10 in which an AT-cut crystal plate is formed in rectangle in plan view by wet etching, a pair of electrode films 20 formed on front and rear main surfaces 10a, 10b of the crystal vibration plate, and a pair of mounting members 25 which are formed on the electric films on the one main surface 10b respectively, allows the outer electrodes to conduct with the electrode films and hold the crystal vibration plate. In the crystal vibration piece 4, the crystal vibration plate has an inclined surface 11 inclined at an angle as an obtuse angle for the one main surface on at least a part of the side surface, and at least one of the pair of mounting members is formed on a ridge line E formed between the inclined surface and the one main surface or on an extension line of the ridge line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
