PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly adjust a relative size of a predetermined width of a zone marker and a display range of a measurement waveform using singular means and continuous series of marker operations. SOLUTION: A device is configured so that, when a pointer 150 is moved in the vertical axis direction by a marker operation of an operator on a display part 12 on which a waveform is displayed in a predetermined display range on the display part 12, a span control part 65 detects a relative distance in which the pointer is moved, thereby changing the predetermined display range corresponding to the relative distance, and then detects a movement amount when the pointer is moved in the horizontal axis direction. Further, a zone marker generating part 64 moves the zone marker of a predetermined width to a position in accordance with the detected movement amount in the changed predetermined display range.
