PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an incoming side user to easily get to know the state of an origination side user when the incoming side user receives a call. SOLUTION: At an origination side terminal 10A, the terminal 10A transmits an origination side image taken by its own terminal to an image storage device 30, and after transmission of the origination side image, notifies a communication network 51 of an origination request, and according to notification of an incoming response from the communication network 51, starts voice communication with an incoming side terminal 10B. At the incoming side terminal 10B, the terminal 10B receives the origination side image of the origination side terminal 10A from the image storage device 30, displays the obtained origination side image of the origination side terminal 10A in response to notification of an incoming request regarding voice communication from the communication network 51, and after completion of reception of the origination side image from the image storage device 30, performs incoming display regarding voice communication, notifies the communication network 51 of an incoming response according to response operation after the incoming display, and starts voice communication with the origination side terminal 10A.
