PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that can reduce volume of a conductive part buried in the tread rubber, while suppressing making of the conductive path long distance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire wherein a conductive part 13 which is formed with conductive rubber and reaches from a grounding surface to a bottom face of the tread rubber 10 is buried in the tread rubber 10 formed with non-conductive rubber: the conductive part 13 has, an inside conductive lane 40 in which the conductive rubbers extending along the tire circumferential direction line up in the tire width direction with spacing, and an outside conductive lane 50 which contacts the inside conductive lane 40 from the outside of the tire radial direction, and in which the conductive rubbers extending along the tire circumferential direction line up in the tire width direction with spacing; and a region in which the inside conductive lane 40 and the outside conductive lane 50 intersect is prepared in at least a part of the tire circumferential direction, and in the intersection region, a zigzag conductive path that has the amplitude of the tire circumferential direction is extended to the tire width direction.
