The electrochemical machining device 5 supplies an electrolyte LQ to the nozzle 51 for the electrochemical machining from an electrolyte supply source 52, and imparts voltage between a film-like electrolyte FLQ and a conductive machining object O emitted from the nozzle 51 for the electrochemical machining by a power source 53.
