PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for electrochemical machining, an electrochemical machining device and an electrochemical machining method without causing clogging of the nozzle for electrochemical machining, while enhancing machining accuracy, by realizing finer machining. SOLUTION: This nozzle 51 (1, 2, 3 and 4) for the electrochemical machining is a rectangular shape in a flow passage cross section of reaching an emitting port OUT, and opens on the distal end in a width of a flow passage P toward the emitting port OUT. The electrochemical machining device 5 supplies an electrolyte LQ to the nozzle 51 for the electrochemical machining from an electrolyte supply source 52, and imparts voltage between a film-like electrolyte FLQ and a conductive machining object O emitted from the nozzle 51 for the electrochemical machining by a power source 53.
