The present invention relates to a circuit interrupting device in general power supply. The present invention is useful in a power distribution unit field which supplies DC power to an electronic device. An electromechanical circuit interrupting device is generally used to protect a circuit. The electromechanical circuit interrupting device has a weakness such as a fixed tripping condition and is changed by changing components of an only circuit interrupting device. The present invention is provided to offer the electromechanical circuit interrupting device having a first fixed tripping condition and the circuit interrupting device which monitors output current and comprises an additional circuit which mechanically trips the circuit interrupting device when the output current exceeds a second tripping condition, thereby solving a problem. According to those methods, the first tripping condition and/or the second tripping condition of the electromechanical circuit interrupting device are used. |
