<p>A mobile terminal comprises a case inside which electronic components are mounted; a top button inserted into the front surface of the case; a substrate unit which is disposed on the rear surface of the top button; a metal dome which is disposed on the front surface of the substrate unit and the shape of which changes to generate electrical signals if the top button is pressed; a first flexible circuit board including an I/O port which is disposed on the rear surface of the substrate unit and into which a connection unit of an external device is inserted, having one side on which the metal dome is placed and generating signals as the shape of the metal dome changes; a bracket which is coupled to the rear surface of the first flexible circuit board; and a second flexible circuit board which is coupled to the rear surface of the bracket and on which the I/O port is mounted. The mobile terminal has merit that a user input unit on the front surface of the mobile terminal does not malfunction even if the connection terminal of the external device is inserted/separated into/from the I/O port.</p> |
