Disclosed is an acceleration apparatus. The acceleration apparatus includes: an internal permanent magnet array; an external permanent magnet array; and a modulator. The external permanent magnet array is arranged to surround the internal permanent magnet array. The modulator is arranged between the internal permanent magnet array and the external permanent magnet array to surround the permanent magnet array. Thin-film ring structures which are integrated to a ferromagnetic body or surround the internal permanent magnet array are stacked together to form the modulator. The modulator transforms the magnetic field generated by the external permanent magnet array to generate a harmonic component synchronized with the internal permanent magnet array.
