Disclosed is a buffy coat extraction kit for an autologous blood skin regeneration procedure. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the buffy coat extraction kit for the autologous blood skin regeneration procedure comprises: a kit body including a blood plasma unit where a blood plasma layer is formed during centrifugation of blood, a buffy coat unit enlarged on a lower end of the blood plasma unit and forming a buffy coat layer; a red blood cell unit enlarged on a lower end of the buffy coat unit and forming a red blood cell layer; and a piston combination unit enlarged on a lower end of the red blood cell unit; a locking device combined with an opened upper end of the blood plasma unit of the kit body and preventing leakage of blood and reuse of the kit body; and a piston combined with the piston combination unit of the kit body, being movable in the longitudinal direction of the kit body, and controlling blood accommodating volume inside the kit body. |
