<p>The present invention provides an apparatus for detecting volatile compounds, comprising a volatilization unit, a vapor supply unit, and a collection unit. Also, the present invention provides a method for detecting volatile compounds, comprising a volatilizing step, a transferring step, and a collection step. The apparatus and the method enables simple and quick in-situ application of volatile compounds such as formaldehyde. In addition, the present invention provides a method for distinguishing the characteristics of lumber processing using the apparatus for quickly and simply detecting volatile compounds such as formaldehyde.</p> |
