The present invention relates to a coating composition for preventing ink bleed comprising: 10-20 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol as an absorbent; 10-20 wt% of polypropylene glycol as an absorption enhancer; 10-20 wt% of acryl emulsion as a binder; and 50-60 wt% of water as a solvent. The present invention provides the coating composition comprising polyvinyl alcohol, polypropylene glycol, acrylic emulsion and water, prevents ink bleed or ink mixing phenomenon in printing of an inkjet printer when the coating composition is sprayed on recording paper and is dried, is able to produce recording paper with an anti-fouling function and a water resistance function by single coating, is able to solve ink bleed problems and phenomenon that an ink flows out from the backside of recording paper and is able to manufacture economical recording paper of high quality through the coating composition. |
