The present invention relates to a smart tolling operation management system and, more specifically, to a smart tolling operation management system capable of subdividing and managing obstacle severity of each unit system using a function of a high-pass system. The smart tolling operation management system comprises: line controllers which are installed in multiple sites; a check management unit which is interworked with each of the line controllers to collect regular check management data including replacement cycle and replacement status information through regular checks and to update device status information of each of the line controllers in a database; a history management unit to update, in the database, predetermined device failure information according to error messages received from the line controllers as check results; and an obstacle warning unit to classify each of the line controllers as a normality/error/obstacle/restoration state according to the device failure information and to subdivide an obstacle warning according to predetermined obstacle severity if there is an obstacle. |
