<p>According to the present invention, a high frequency heat treatment apparatus for surface hardening comprises: a supply turntable (10) rotated by a lower motor (14), and having multiple placing stands (12) to which an object is inserted and placed; a rotation turntable (20) separated from the supply turntable, and having multiple placing stands (22) on which the object is placed; a supplying part (30) installed in a lateral side of the rotation turntable to transfer the object to the placing stand (22) of the rotation turntable (20) by gripping the object located on the placing stand (12) of the supply turntable (10); a sensing part (40) installed in a lateral side of the rotation turntable to sense whether the object on the placing stand (22) is located on the corresponding location; a high frequency heat treating and cooling part (50) installed in a lateral side of the rotation turntable, to high frequency heat treat while the object is rotated by an inductor coil (52) fixed to a CT box (54) moving forward and backward to the rotation turntable, and to cool by coolant sprayed from a coolant injection hole (53); and an extracting part (60) installed in a lateral side of the rotation turntable to extract the object heat treated and cooled from the placing stand (22) of the rotation turntable.</p> |
