a first layer configured to attach to a surface and including a first magnet; a second layer including a second magnet and configured to dock with the first layer; and a locking mechanism engaged by aligning the first magnet with the second magnet and rotating the second layer in a first direction, the locking mechanism preventing the second layer from undocking with the first layer, the locking mechanism disengaged by rotating the second layer in one of the first direction or a second direction. |
