The present invention provides a device for reproducing cutting oil using plasma, wherein used cutting oil can be reproduced to have high quality through apoptosis and impurity decomposition. Accordingly, the device for reproducing cutting oil using plasma of the present invention comprises: a supplying hole which is provided with the cutting oil to be reproduced; an accommodating space unit which accommodates the cutting oil supplied from the supplying hole; a discharging hole which dischargers the cutting oil purified in the accommodating space unit; and a plasma treating unit which is installed in the accommodating space unit and discharges plasma-reacted air or gas in the cutting oil. The plasma treating unit comprises: a transparent dielectric pipe which is installed in the cutting oil, includes air or gas flowing therein, and has a discharge electrode installed therein; a counter electrode which is installed in the cutting oil from the outside of the dielectric pipe; a power source applying means which applies a power source to the discharge electrode and counter electrode so as to generate plasma in the dielectric pipe; and a bubble generator which is connected to the dielectric pipe, wherein the air or gas passes therethrough in order to be converted into multiple bubbles in the cutting oil. A metal member which has a greater ionization tendency than iron (Fe) is installed in the cutting oil. |
