The present invention relates to a novel epothilone derivative whose water-soluble property is improved by glycosylating epothilone, a manufacturing method of the epothilone derivative and a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancers, including the epothilone derivative as an active ingredient. The epothilone derivative has an improved water-soluble property while maintaining anticancer activity compared with existing epothilone, so the epothilone derivative can be widely used in the manufacture of epothilone.
