<p>PURPOSE: By omitting the welding process in case of uniting a plurality of segment cores separating with the combining structure the stator core of the AC generator for a vehicle multiplies the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The stator assembly is composed of the stator core and coil. The stator core is formed into the curved surface. A plurality of bobbins(11) connected to stator core faces to the external diameter. It is formed in the bore direction lower base of the slot in which the notch is formed between bobbins. The stop hall(23) is formed in the bore direction lower base of notch. A plurality of segment cores is composed by dividing the stator core.</p> |
