摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold and a porous three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold manufactured thereby. According to the method for manufacturing a porous three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold of the present invention, a manufactured scaffold can have a three-dimensional structure formed stably by conducting electrospinning while adjusting the weight percentage of polymers. Also, the porosity, height and thickness of the manufactured scaffold can be adjusted easily by using a solvent with surface tension and density lower than those of water and adjusting flow rate thereof during electrospinning. Moreover, a scaffold having large pores distributed uniformly thereon can be manufactured by forming the pores using a laser process, specifically a femtosecond laser process. Therefore, an optimal environment for growing cells to be proliferated inside or outside a body is provided as a surface area is increased to increase the adherence range of the cells and enable the cells to penetrate into the scaffold.
