The present invention relates to an air circulation device for a passenger room of a train. The air circulation device comprises: air transfer passages having an upper inlet for letting air access the upper part of a passenger room of a train and a lower inlet for letting air access the lower part of the passenger room, and moving the upper and lower air of the passenger room through the upper and lower inlets; blowing fans for forcibly circulating the internal air of the air transfer passages; and a control part for operating the blowing fans. The present invention can make passengers feel pleasant by optimizing the internal temperature distribution of the passenger room, can reduce energy consumption by reducing the load of a cooling and heating system, and can purify the internal air of the passenger room.
