Disclosed are an three-dimensional air-touch feedback device implemented through a mobile device and a system and a method thereof. The present invention includes: a display unit outputting a 3D floating image; a touch detection unit which is arranged on a side end of the display unit and includes a plurality of sensors to detect a user′s body and receives the location information of one or more image objects of the 3D floating image from the display unit to detect an air-touch point where the user′s body comes in contact with the image objects; and a feedback providing unit which receives the air-touch location information from the touch detection unit and emits ultrasonic waves to the air-touch point from the side end of the display unit.
