<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display device suitable for a thin film transistor by using an oxide semiconductor. The liquid crystal display device suitable for the thin film transistor by using an oxide semiconductor layer uses an interlayer film covering at least the oxide semiconductor layer, wherein the film has a function of damping light sensitivity of transmitting visible light. As the film having a function of damping light sensitivity of transmitting visible light, a colored layer can be used and a transmittance resin layer of chromatic color is good to be used. Also, as the interlayer film including the transmittance resin layer of chromatic color and a lighttight layer and having the function of damping light sensitivity of transmitting visible light, the lighttight layer is good to be used.</p> |
