A method for allocating resources based on joint transmission of a master base station in a cloud cell communication system comprises the steps: detecting base station identifiers of the mater base station and the other master base stations included in the cloud cell communication system; determining available resources to be used by the master base station and the other base stations based on the base station identifiers of the master base station and the other master base stations; and transmitting information on the determined available resources to cloud cell member base stations managed by the master base station.
