The pump has a pneumatic actuator (10) arranged on a high pressure air supplying pipe (2). A power circuit is arranged between a pressure source and a pressurization pipe (14), and delivers controlling pressure to a controlling chamber (13) that controls the actuator by the pressurization pipe. The power circuit has a leakage valve (22) arranged between the source and the pressurization pipe. The valve generates leakage in the power circuit with adjustable leakage rate that determines the pressure delivered to the controlling chamber of the actuator.
