<p>The present invention produces effects of human feces-derived, novel lactobacillus having ability of converting ginsenoside Rb1 included in ginseng and red ginseng into ginsenoside Rg3 and F2, and having excellent bile tolerance and pH tolerance, and therefore, can be used in producing fermented milk products wherein ginsenoside Rg3 is enhanced.</p> |
