<p>An indirect sparing system according to one embodiment of the present invention to achieve the objective includes: a base unit; a first punch bag which is coupled to the base unit and has cushioning materials; a second punch bag which is coupled to the base unit and has cushioning materials; a first sensor which is located on the first punch bag and senses blows applied on the first punch bag; a second sensor which is located on the second punch bag and senses blows applied on the second punch bag; and a calculation unit which calculates a first output value increasing or decreasing in accordance with the blows sensed by the first sensor, and a second output value increasing or decreasing in accordance with the blows sensed by the second sensor.</p> |
