<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vinyl container having extendable bottom and side surfaces is provided to enable mass production through a manufacturing line. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vinyl container having extendable bottom and side portions comprises the steps of: setting a side finishing film (22) on a lower film (21); cutting and supplying an upper film (23); welding the top surface of the side finishing film to the top surface of the lower film, and the bottom surface of the side finishing film to the bottom surface of the upper film; forming square-shaped folded portions (24); welding the end of the upper film to both ends of a bottom finishing film, and the center of the lower film to the center of the bottom finishing film; and cutting along a line which divides the side finishing film into two equal portions.
