METHOD FOR AUTO-PROCESSING OF PCB'S RAW MATERIALS, AND MEDIA RECORDED WITH PROGRAM EXECUTING THE METHOD

Disclosed are: a method to automatically process raw materials of a printed circuit board; and a recording medium in which a program executing the method is recorded. The disclosed method performs the following steps in which an apparatus, to automatically process raw materials of a printed circuit board,; inserts a pin into both lateral ends of a two-layered laminate in which a backup board is stacked on the upper part of a copper board; exposes the copper board to the upper part by reversing the two-layered laminate in which the pin is inserted; forms a three-layered laminate by stacking an entry board on the top of the exposed copper board; processes the lateral end part of the three-layered laminate by a taping; and stacks the tape-processed three-layered laminate. The present invention is able to not only secure the safety of workers and increase the production yield rate of products but also lower the failure rate of the products and a manufacturing cost through the reduction of personnel expenses by building an automated system for processes of entire steps to perform a PCB drilling.
