Disclosed is a low frequency therapy device having a heating function. The low frequency therapy device having a heating function includes: a body including a power supply to supply power; an input unit to input functions and setting values; a microcomputer which receives the power from the power supply to transfer a low frequency signal having an electric pulse of a low frequency generated with a preset low frequency generation pattern according to operation of the input unit, and an output unit to output a function state under control of the microcomputer; and a silicon pad unit including a low frequency output unit connected to a connection terminal included in the body through a cable to output the low frequency signal from the microcomputer and a heat generator turned-on/off under the control of the controller to generate heat and coming in contact with a body region.
