The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dehumidifying agent comprising a quantum energy generating material which comprises the steps of preparing a first solution by mixing water and a powder-type quantum energy generating material; preparing lactobacillus culture fluid after cultivating lactobacillus; preparing a second solution by adding the lactobacillus culture fluid to the first solution; and cultivating the second solution in a cultivator. The dehumidifying agent can be extensively used in food distribution and storage, clothing, furniture or places where desiccation is needed by manufacturing after mixing the quantum energy generating material and water.
