The present invention relates to an apparatus to mix culture medium to a culture of animal and plant cells used to produce raw materials of medicine like proteins, and a pouch to mix culture medium. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a body; a stretch pocket installed in the body and allowed to pressurize some part of the culture medium pocket using a working fluid pressure such that the culture medium is mixed in the culture medium pocket installed in the body; a working fluid medium supplying apparatus which supplies working fluid inside the stretch pocket; and a control unit which enables the working fluid supplying apparatus to receive control signals. |
