The present invention relates to a solid and oily water treatment system for an offshore structure capable of smoothly transferring solids separated from oily water. The solid and oily water treatment system contained in a drain system of an offshore structure comprises: a drain tank for storing solid and oily water drained from the offshore structure; a decanter part for separating the solid and oily water stored in the drain water into the solids and the oily water; and a transfer line for transferring the solids separated from the oily water by the decanter part; and a sludge tank for storing the solids transferred from the transfer line. Also, the present invention comprises an injection line connected to the transfer line to inject technical water to the transfer line.
