The purpose of the present invention is to provide a current balance adjustment and individual on and off structure using a DAC. The configuration of the present invention includes: an amplifier (10) which is connected to a switch control terminal (12) of a battery charging and discharging unit, a DAC output input unit (20) which is connected to an offset terminal of the amplifier (10), and a plurality of control switches (30) which are connected between the amplifier (10) and a current output terminal and form a uniform current flow when the current is unbalanced. An unbalance phenomenon is removed during the operations of the switches (control switches) connected to the battery charging and discharging unit and a mask function of a specific control switch (30) is performed.
