The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a raw rice wine without heating using a device to provide uniform high pressure, and raw rice wine manufactured by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the raw rice wine which has a process of finely crushing particles with 20,000-25,000 psi in a step of processing rice wine using the device to provide uniform high pressure.
