A water culture device using wind force and sunlight, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame having a plurality of supporting post and seats which are installed at a fixed interval for the supporting post in multi-stages; a nutrient solution storage tank which is installed on a bottommost seat of the seats in a water tank shape, stores nutrients solutions inside of the tank, and has a discharge pump to discharge the nutrient solutions outside; supporting units which are formed in a plate form on the surface of the seat; and extending units which are extended toward the upper direction on the outside where the edges of the supporting units are made, while forming outer walls. |
