The present invention relates to a device and a method for managing an offshore wind power generating system when a commercial network is blocked using a wireless communication. The device comprises: at least one or more wind power generators (10) which are installed in the sea; a controller (20) to control operations of the wind power generators (10); a server (30) to remotely receive status information on the wind power generators (10); a relay (40) to acquire the status information of the wind power generators (10) to be stored for a certain duration, and then to transmit the status information of the wind power generators (10) to the server (30); and a mobile terminal (50) to communicate with the relay (40) using a near field communication. If the mobile terminal (50) approaches the wind power generators (10), the relay (40) detects the mobile terminal (50), identifies ID information of the mobile terminal (50), and transmits the status information of the wind power generators (10) to the mobile terminal (50) if it is determined that the mobile terminal (50) has a right title. And, the mobile terminal (50) wirelessly transmits a wind power generator control signal to the controller. |
