<p>The present invention relates to a nozzle device for coating an adhesive to adhere a base panel of an OLED monitor. More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a nozzle device for coating an adhesive which allows an adhesive to be firmly coated on internal and external panels so that the internal panel, an intermediate panel, and the external panel which form a base panel of an OLED monitor can be completely adhered to each other. To achieve the objective, the nozzle device for coating an adhesive is characterized in that: a nozzle body and an adhesive dispersion body are assembled along with a space maintaining plate; an inverted V-shaped groove is formed at the bottom surface of a nozzle so that an adhesive can be stagnant; and an adhesive stagnant groove is formed inside the adhesive dispersion body, wherein the adhesive stagnant groove has first, second and third control protrusion parts which are formed in a zigzag type and which include passages and cracks to disperse a pressure discharged from the adhesive. According to the present invention, the nozzle device for coating an adhesive can improve a quality of a base panel of an OLED monitor as the adhesive can be uniformly coated on the internal and external panels in a uniform thickness, thus adhering the intermediate panel, even though the adhesive is a high-strength adhesive having high viscosity. Furthermore, the nozzle device for coating an adhesive can provide an adhesive coating device to automate an overall work to adhere the base panel of the OLED monitor, thereby improving overall work efficiency, maximizing productivity, and improving international competitiveness.</p> |
