The present invention provides a method for manufacturing metal powder and an atomizer apparatus. According to the present invention, the metal powder is manufactured by applying a metal atomizer process to spray metal powder to metal droplet which has gone through a gas atomizer process. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing metal powder and the atomizer apparatus are capable of manufacturing the metal powder having the size of 0.1-10μm which overcomes the limit of properties of a commercial powder material by forming secondary metal powder (3) by a physical method such as a metal atomizer method of spraying metal powder to primary metal powder (2) formed by a gas atomizer method.
