The present invention relates to an oil skimmer comprising: a frame installed in the outside of a cutting oil tank in which water-soluble cutting oil is stored; a driving drum connected to an actuator installed in the frame; a transfer belt supported on the outer circumference of the driving drum, and moved by the rotation of the driving drum to collect and transfer the internal cutting oil of the cutting oil tank; a scraper installed in the frame, and collecting the cutting oil of the transfer belt and then discharging the cutting oil to an oil-water separation tank; an idle drum arranged inside the cutting oil tank, and supporting the transfer belt with the self weight; and a bracket installed in the frame to maintain a constant gap with the idle drum in the rotation of the idle drum, and restricting the X and Y axial movement of the idle drum in the movement of the idle drum. The present invention provides a structure for preventing one surface of the transfer belt from being quickly worn because of the leaning of the transfer belt.
