<p>Disclosed is a composition which enables to form a planarization insulating film for liquid crystal display elements, which film has photosensitivity, excellent transparency and excellent heat resistance. Also disclosed is a method for producing a planarization insulating film for liquid crystal display elements. Specifically disclosed is a composition for forming a planarization insulating film for liquid crystal display elements, which contains a resin (A) containing a constituent unit (a1) represented by the general formula (a1-1) (wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> represents a single bond or a straight or branched chain alkylene group, R<SUP>101</SUP> represents an alkyl group, and n1 represents an integer of 0-4), and a sensitizer (B).</p> |
